Need Confidence with your Ortho Evaluation & Management Skills?
Are you a medical provider struggling with your orthopedic evaluations and having difficulty making decisions about how to manage your patients?
I’ve been there, we’ve all been there! After 28 years of practicing as an orthopedic and sports physical therapist, one thing I have learned is that evidence based practice is essential to the guidance of evaluating and treating most medical issues, but learning from experience is absolutely essential and priceless!

As a young therapist, I never thought I’d have accomplished what I have. I used to question and second guess myself all the time. I gave a little extra to all of my patients, I had a great mentor (Mark Rossignol PT) early on to help build my foundation, attended great courses, reviewed new literature and focused on the #1 reason I entered the medical field…to help people!!

Online Coaching and Mentoring:
- Accelerate your orthopedic evaluation skills
- Improve your decision making skills
- Develop confidence talking to your patients and colleagues
- Pick from Paul’s Experience “Tool Box”
- Get direction for links and resources for continued learning
- Pick up some tips you don’t learn in college
There are so many learning tools now and everyone has a different style of learning. Find what works for you!!
I hear this all the time…”I wish I had had more learning time and exposure to Orthopedics in school” or “I used to work at a nursing facility and recently changed to an out-patient orthopedic clinic and my ortho skills are a little rusty”. DON’T PANIC!! I can help you get back to the basics and make you comfortable again. The key is to be able to recognize red flags(to keep the patient safe), be comfortable with the most important parts of the evaluation and feel comfortable treating and collaborating with others.
-See “real” patients with “real” injuries
-Hear explanations about “how ” to evaluate patients better
-Understand “why” we manage certain patients the way we do
-Wondering if I’ve put up a video about a certain orthopedic issue of interest? It’s simple…Go to You Tube and search your topic and add Paul Marquis or Ortho Eval Pal to it. If you can’t find it, ask me to do one.
There will be lots to come from Ortho Eval Pal! Stay tuned!
