1. I will only meet with medical professionals (ie. PA’s, NP’s, physicians, physical therapy/assistants, OT’s/assistants, ATC’s, massage therapists, strength and conditioning coaches and any students in the above professions. I will NOT be coaching non-medical people! 
2. I am willing to guide you and teach you how to evaluate and manage injuries related to orthopedics better. I will not give definitive diagnoses but give direction and suggestions.
3. The One-on-One sessions will be conducted through live video such as Zoom, Skype, YouTube live, etc…
4. The sessions will be conducted in a professional and positive manor.
5. I will be strictly sticking to scheduled times which will be predetermined before the session. Both my time and your time are very valuable so let’s respect that.

Refunds are not allowed if you, the attendee cancel your online coaching session within 5 days of the scheduled date. If you, the attendee cancel between 10 and 5 days prior to the session date, 20% will be withheld from the refund. Cancellations prior to 10 days of the scheduled session will result in a full refund. If I cancel your session you may be offered a different date and time or you may receive a full refund.
